What this covers
This policy describes how the studio of Amir Azemi ("the studio", "I") handles personal information collected through amirazemi.com and through project inquiries sent by email, phone, or the project brief form.
What I collect
When you send a project brief, I receive the details you choose to share: your name, contact information, project location, approximate size, budget range, timeline, and the text of your brief. The site itself does not use analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or advertising identifiers.
How it is used
Your information is used for one purpose: to evaluate and respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to carry out the project. I do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, and I do not add you to any mailing list.
How long it is kept
Inquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for reference. If we enter a project together, project correspondence is retained as part of the project record. You may ask for your data to be deleted at any time.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the information I hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion by writing to [email protected]. Requests are answered within two working days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated. Substantive changes will be noted plainly rather than buried.
