From first conversation to handover

process
  1. First conversation

    week zero

We talk for an hour, no fee. You tell me about the plot or the space; I tell you honestly whether I am the right architect for it, and what it will roughly take.

you leave withA clear yes or no, and a route forward
  2. Concept

    weeks 1 to 6

Site visits, sketches, one or two directions, then a concept you can hold and show your family or your bank: plans, renders, a budget frame.

you leave withA concept package and a budget frame
  3. Documentation

    weeks 6 to 16

The full drawing set: permits, construction drawings, materials and specifications. Contractors price from this, so nothing stays vague. This is where budgets are protected.

you leave withA full construction set, ready to price
  4. Construction

    until handover

I am on site on a fixed rhythm (weekly for most builds), checking work against drawings and making the hundred small decisions a build produces.

you leave withA building that matches the drawings
timeframes shown for a private house. Interiors run shorter, public buildings longer
