These terms govern the use of amirazemi.com. Sending a project brief or browsing the site does not create a client relationship; that begins only with a signed proposal or agreement.
Inquiries and responses
Replies to project briefs, including any preliminary cost frames or timeline estimates, are informational and non-binding. Fees, scope, and deliverables are fixed only in a written proposal.
Intellectual property
All drawings, photographs, renders, and written content on this site are the property of the studio unless otherwise credited. They may not be reproduced, published, or used commercially without written permission.
Accuracy of content
Project descriptions, timeframes, and process notes describe typical engagements and past work. Every project differs; nothing on this site is a warranty of a particular result, cost, or schedule.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, the studio is not liable for damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its contents outside a signed agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Prishtina.
